Refund policy.
At excavator.supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of heavy construction equipment, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipping stages and cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and handling costs.
Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of our equipment, all sales are final once shipped, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect product selection.
If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo and/or video evidence of the damage, packaging, and serial number is required.
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement parts
Repair assistance
Partial refund
Full refund (when repair or replacement is not feasible)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is confirmed as damage or defect.
Refused deliveries without prior authorization are treated as returns.
Return freight costs, restocking fees, and associated charges will be deducted from the refund.
